6th District is a web design, AI systems and automation studio working from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how the information on this page is used. For anything here, email 06thdistrict@gmail.com.
The form on the website redesign page sends your name, email, your site’s address, its platform and your two optional answers to our server, which stores them so we can review the site and reply. When our team notice is switched on, a one-line message with your first name and site address goes to the studio’s own chat tool; your email and answers stay on our server. We delete a request 12 months after it arrives unless it becomes a project, and sooner if you ask. A copy of your answers also waits in your browser tab so a booking made next can carry them. Please never put passwords or access keys in the form.
The booking calendar runs on Cal.com. When you book, the name, email address, up to three guest emails, notes and time zone you enter go to Cal.com, which holds the booking, adds it to our Google Calendar, creates the Google Meet link and sends the invites. Our server does not store the booking’s notes or guest list, only an anonymous count of which service it was about. It does keep your name, email address and the call time for 30 days after the call, so it can send the confirmation with a calendar file, reminders, a nudge if you have not accepted the calendar invite, and a follow-up if you miss the call. The emails go out through Gmail, and our server reads your reply to the calendar invite (accepted, declined or no answer) from Google Calendar. If you start from a service page or a package on the pricing page, the booking notes say which service or package and page you came from.
The chat answers with Google’s Gemini API. What you type, with the recent messages in the same chat, goes to Google to produce a reply. We store no chat transcripts, and the conversation clears when you close the page. Google handles that content under its Gemini API terms, which can allow it to review content and use it to improve its services. Please do not share passwords, payment details or anything sensitive in the chat.
To learn whether our pages are useful, the site records a few events: the pricing link seen or pressed, the pricing page opened, a currency or package picked, prices on screen for 15 seconds, a service page opened, a service button pressed, a demo used, and a review request sent. Each event carries the time and a random ID your browser makes for itself. It holds no name, email or IP address, and we cannot link it to you. A confirmed booking is counted by our server with no ID at all. We keep these events for 24 months.
Local storage keeps a few settings for your next visit: light or dark mode, your currency, your booking time zone and clock format, whether you have seen the concierge tip, and the random analytics ID. Only that ID ever leaves your device. Session storage, which clears when you close the tab, holds the service you asked about and your review answers, used only to fill in a booking. Clearing your browser’s site data removes all of it.
The site runs on servers we rent from Hetzner in Germany. They write technical logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) that rotate out within a few weeks; we use them to keep the site secure and fix faults. IP addresses are also held in memory for about an hour to limit abuse of the chat, booking, review and analytics services. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and the services that hold your data have no public address of their own.
Hetzner (hosting), Cal.com (bookings), Google (Calendar, Meet, the Gemini API, the Google Fonts typefaces your browser loads, and the Gmail inbox that receives email to us), and Meta if you choose to message us on WhatsApp or Instagram. Each handles data under its own terms. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the EU and the US.
We use what you send to answer your request and to take the steps you ask for before any agreement. We use logs, abuse limits and anonymous analytics because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure, useful site. Where the law asks for consent, sending the form or booking is how you give it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy, or object to how we use it. These rights come from the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. Email 06thdistrict@gmail.com and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA). To cancel a booking, use the link in your booking email.
